Addition of Jam and cream

On the sheet of dough, creme can be applied, see also Fat cream and Jam.
In the cream different aroma's can be mixed in the mixer head before added to the sheet of batter.
Once the swiss roll is folded and cut it can be covered with chocolate, or decorated by chocolate stripes.
