From there the dough is pumped through the aerator to get the light texture and body.
After aeration, adding dry ingredients as raisins, chocolate chips, can be added.
The dough is again stored and then with 4 dosing systems, the right amount of dough is deposit in the waffle iron.
After baking, the waffles can be covered with chocolate.
