Dough premixer
The premixer PMS makes a slurry out of flour, sugars, egg, fat and micro-components (baking powder, emulsifier, flavouring, etc. ). This slurry is the basis for all fillings for products such as cake batters, cakes; muffins, rolled sponge cakes and spoon sponge cakes etc. The pre mixer is loaded automatically by means of a buffer above the mixer and flowmeters for the different liquid ingredients. Another possibility is to place the mixer itself on weight cells so that automatically the mixer is loaded. This mixer has a automated filling “weight in loss” system, which allows the ingredients to be loaded in sequence in the right quantity.
