AERATION EQUIPMENT
The heart of the continuous aeration system process is the “Mixing Head”, comprising a stator and a rotor assembled on a main shaft, manufactured entirely from 316 stainless steel.
For cleaning and drain-off reasons ,it is much better to put the head vertical.
The Converticoll Mixer only needs less than 1 square meter floor space.
The jacketed rotor and stator are both fitted with pins to ensure thorough mixing and distribution of the product/gas slurry.
A liquid phase and a gas phase merge at the inlet of the mixing head and are homogenized with accurate flow control under controlled pressure.
Infinite control of the variables – mixing action, system pressure, rate of flow and ratio between the liquid and gas phases, temperature etc. – provides for uniform texture, repeatable quality of product and not least versatility.
At the discharge of the mixing head the pressurized mixture of gas and liquid comes gradually and controlled into atmosphere , and expands into a foam.
