Summary of the process for Sugar sirup for Mogul

1.    Premixer to dissolve gelatine
2.    Dry ingredient Feeder for Sugar and Starch
3.    Batch weigh the ingredients on load cells with different recipe possibilities
4.     Warm hot mix tanks to buffer and preheat sugar solution
5.    Cooking of the syrup by means of continuous flat coil cooker with vacuum chamber
6.    Cool down the sugar solution by means of the vacuum flash chamber
7.    Store the cooked sugar solution in holding tank
8.    Add acid solution to the syrup
9.    Add sorbitol and Titanium dioxide
10.  Add colour and flavour for the different products
