Fully automated multipurpose kitchen, for Jellys, Marshmellows, aerated gums, fruit chews etc. The kitchen can prepare sirup for two layer products for instance aerated and non aerated. Combination of incorperation of different colors, flavors, acid, pectine, titanium dioxide is possible.
The ingredients are weighed in the right sequence cooked in a continuous cooker, vacumized.
The sirup can go straight to the mogul or be aerated, colored and flavored.
