The liquid dosing installation is designed to dose very small quantities of flavours, colours or gelatines into aerated or not-aerated masses.
Some applications :
- mixing of acid into marmelade
- mixing of colour into batters
- mixing of flavours into syrup
- mixing and flavouring of marshmallow
- stabilizing, colouring and flavouring of aerated and not-aerated products.
The working principle is based on the supply of the main product towards an injection coupling. The fluid is added in the middle of the flow by injection via a precision pump and a needle injection. The additive will be mixed into the product by means of static mixers.
The drive of this colour system is manually or automatically controlled. The level of the main product is frequency steered by hand on tachisignal. The injection pumps are steered according to the capacity by setting the stroke. The flow of main product is seperated from the flow of additive by means of a non-return valve. The flow of additive is brought under pressure by means of buffer tanks between injection pump and injection point.
