Cream Pre mixer
The premixer PMC makes creams out of butter, fat products, oil, sugars, fluids, powders (milkpowder, starch...) and micro-components (emulsifier, flavouring, stabiliser, etc. ). This cream is the basis for all fillings for products such as cakes; bars, chocolate centres, biscuits, pastas, pies, etc
The PMC is especially appropriate for the treatment of different types of batters that need to be aerated after premixing. The Collette PMC can handle low or high fat content, critical fats or extreme dry products. For creams the main goal is to obtain a homogeneous short, pumpable mixing with a uniform structure. Thanks to the exceptional positioning of the mixing arm with removable support, scrapers and double jacket every operator can realise a top quality cream on the right temperature.
