The premixer PMJ makes a fluid out of a high humidity phase (water, egg-products, milk, oil, etc.) with a limited dry ingredient phase, with possible micro-ingredients (sugars, egg white powders, gelatines, starch, flavours, colours etc.) These fluid are the basis for a limited number of products e.g. meringues, gelatine solutions, egg white masses, sugar solutions, milkproducts etc.). The machine is the result of large investments in research and development.
