SUGAR COOK MIX SYSTEM (WARMMIX)
The warmix cooking system consists of a weiging tank which collects all the ingredients. After mixing and dissolving the mix is dumped into the SCM batch cooker. This system is very accurate and is designed to manufactre jellies, milky candies , caramel, marsh mallows. A vacuum system can be added to cool the mass before adding the heat sensitive products like fondant and gelatine.
