Fat Butter block melter

Melting tank VT 250

To melt solid fat blocks with a dimension of 400x 300x250 mm to liquid oil with a capacity up to 250 kg of fat per hour. The capacity is based upon heating up solid fat with a density of 0,8 kg/l and with a starttemperature of 18°C, heating up to 40°C by means of hot water.

Capacity of 250 litres, manufactured of stainless steel 316 aisi, polished to Grit 220. Jacketed bottom and iolated bottom and sides with rock wool and stainless steel 304 finish (for temperatures over 60° C.). Pressure inside the jacket is max. 2 bar. Melting tank is built on four supports over the pump on adjustable feet. Including cover in AISI 304.
